If you're tired of wondering what to eat, what to buy, and how to put it all together, this plan gives you a clear place to start.

Healthy eating feels easier when you have a plan

Knowing you want to eat well is one thing. Deciding what to make for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every single day is another. The 28-Day Weight Loss Meal Plan removes much of that daily decision-making by giving you four weeks of planned meals and the recipes to make them.

Instead of trying to create the "perfect" diet overnight, you can focus on one day at a time, preparing wholesome meals, making consistent choices, and building habits you can take with you beyond the 28 days.

Created with women in menopause in mind

Your nutritional needs can change as you move through menopause, which is why this isn't simply a collection of random low-calorie recipes. The plan was built around five key nutrition areas:

Calcium & Magnesium

The meal plan incorporates foods containing these important minerals as part of its focus on nutrition during menopause.

Phytoestrogen-Containing Foods

You'll find foods such as broccoli, carrots, sesame seeds, and tempeh included throughout the nutritional approach.

Low-Glycemic Foods

The plan prioritises low-glycemic foods and excludes added sugars as part of its approach to blood sugar and weight management.

Protein

Protein is intentionally incorporated throughout the plan, with approximately 25% of calories designed to come from protein.

Healthy Fats

The recipes include sources of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, including foods such as avocado, extra virgin olive oil, trout, and chia seeds.

Four weeks. One clear plan.

You don't need to wake up every morning wondering what you're supposed to eat. Each week has already been mapped out for you, structured without having to reinvent your menu every day.

Your shopping is planned too

A healthy meal plan isn't much help if you still have to spend hours figuring out what groceries you need. That's why each of the four weeks comes with its own organised shopping list, with ingredients grouped into helpful categories. Open the week's list, check what you already have, and shop for what you need. Simple.

Real recipes, not just a list of foods

You'll receive proper recipes with quantities and preparation instructions, so you know exactly how to turn your ingredients into a meal. Recipes also include:

Servings
Preparation time
Ingredient quantities
Step-by-step instructions
Nutrition information
Storage or leftover suggestions

That means you're not simply being told to "eat healthier." You're being shown what to make and how to make it.

Flexible enough for real life

You don't have to follow every meal at exactly the same time or in exactly the same order. The plan encourages you to swap breakfast for breakfast, snack for snack, and lunch and dinner interchangeably. So if Wednesday's dinner sounds perfect for Monday night, you can move it.

The goal is to give you structure while still allowing the plan to fit around your life.

Focus on today.

If you're accustomed to snacking throughout the day, concentrate on changing that habit today. If healthier meals feel unfamiliar, focus on making today's meal. And if you've followed meal plans before and struggled to stay perfectly on track, the program encourages you to recognise progress rather than abandoning everything because one day didn't go to plan.

Aim high, but understand that building lasting habits takes time. This is about practising healthier choices for 28 days, not expecting years of habits to disappear overnight.

More than a meal calendar

Before Day 1, the plan encourages you to think beyond the number on the scale. You'll be guided through establishing a starting point using measurements and progress photos, while keeping the emphasis on your wider progress rather than weighing yourself constantly.

You'll also find lifestyle guidance around hydration, sleep, movement, meditation, and consistency. Think of the plan as a 28-day framework for creating more intention around how you eat and care for yourself.

Schellea Fowler

Schellea is a Certified Personal Trainer and Neuro Athletics Coach specialising in exercise for older adults, and the creator of The Fabulous50s Longevity Protocol™.

She built the Protocol out of her own decade of living through menopause, an osteoporosis diagnosis, and the body changes that come with age, after finding no program that actually fit this stage of life. Her approach flips the script most women are handed: instead of focusing on what they are losing, chiefly weight, she trains women to gain. Gain back bone, muscle, fitness, mobility, balance, and confidence. It is a five-pillar training system that slots easily into the average woman’s week, with a longevity test for each pillar so you can see where you are strong, where you are weak, train for it, and retest. Following her own diagnosis, Schellea did exactly that, rebuilding bone density, strength, and mobility and lowering key biological age markers.

Today, through Fabulous50s, she has helped millions of women across the world build strength, mobility, and confidence, evidenced by tens of thousands of comments from women who have done the training and seen the results.
